^ I like the front cover art work but a blank back cover is just lazy...and Superman looks like Pete the dog from The Little Rascals on the inside art work.

Supposedly its marginally better. I'm interested in seeing the new cut a bit more than I previously expected to be after watching some video reviews. I still don't think I'll rush out and grab the Blu-ray day one but maybe I'll get it at some point or at least I'll rent it.

The Best Buy ad leaked and they have some crazy stupid prices. The UHD and Steelbook versions are $30 and the regular blu ray release is $25. I can't remember the last time I saw a new release for more than $20, especially as big of a release like this one.

Those prices are insane. I'll go ahead and order the Target exclusive lenticular digibook. I already have the Man of Steel one and at least this comes with a $5 gift card. I watched the movie in 3D and wasn't at all impressed by the depth or effects. The movie is too dark to watch in 3D. Sticking with a 2D copy of this

I'll probably go with the Target edition, too.
I'm reckoning that the $25 price from all of these retailers is coming from the studio; a minimum price or whatever.
This also feels like one of those titles that is going to be on sale for less than release week a few weeks after release.

That's why I went with Target's promo. $10 in gift cards brought down the price to $19.99 for the UHD. I'm fine with that.

I agree this will be a BF doorbuster. It's all but a certainty. Only getting it now because I want the digibook and that will not be around come BF, or even included in the BF sale if it was. Target been pretty good these days about having separate item numbers for their exclusives which results in them not being included on any clearance sales.
