The Interview - 2/17/15
I guess they are rushing to get this one out. Might as well anyways since it's already available on demand. Only $13.99 currently on Amazon too.

There could be some awesome special features on the controversy surrounding its release but I see this being pretty barebones.

I pre-ordered it earlier today. Can't beat that price for a new title.
I hope its as loaded as This is the end at least. I'm sure there is at least some EPK style materials that Sony shot during filming.

I should have waited which I usually do but had the urge to buy the ppv on Directv.

My problem with it is that they didn't do any merchandising this movie, so I can't enjoy the film.

The Interview is canceled! According to the now missing Amazon listing from the link in the OP. Maybe they're taking the Vanilla Sky approach and going to delay so they can give us the best special edition ever!

Re: The Interview - 2/17/15
Weird, the link is dead, but my pre-order hasn't been canceled yet.
Now there is no listing at all for a future DVD/BD release. I wonder if Sony told retailers to pull taking pre-orders since it's not finalized or something.

I think I'll stick with he unlisted preorder I have with Amazon. At least until/or if they cancel. I'm not that desperate to get it, nor pay $24.99 for it.

Wonder what the "freedom edition" feature is. Wonder if it's some gag where they cut out all the North Korean stuff, or something to that effect.

Re: The Interview - 2/17/15
So we get the Naked and Afraid tie-in for the film, but not the MTV Special that Franco and Rogen did in-character for earlier in the summer?
