TNT has announced DVD ($39.98) and Blu-ray ($49.99) releases of Falling Skies: The Complete First Season for June 5th. As well as all 10 episodes of the series, each will include a commentary on the pilot episode, an Animating a Skitter feature, a Comic-Con 2011 Panel, behind the scenes featurettes, character profiles, and a season 2 sneak peak. The Blu-ray release will also include a Falling Skies: The Comic Book Revealed featurette, and a collectible trading card.

This aired last summer on TNT and will return for season 2 this summer. The 1st season is 10 episodes.

I thought it got better as the weeks went by, but most of the comments in TV Talk last summer were pretty middle of the road. Alot were really disappointed with the show.

Really enjoyed this show...this is a Day 1 purchase for me.

I gave up on 'The Walking Aliens' about halfway through the first episode. Just wasn't doing anything for me.
