BSTNFAN, those are some of the worst pictures of mail damage I've seen! Like most of us, I waited about 34 days for mine to show, and to have it arrive damaged would have been very disappointing, so I can imagine the tedium you must feel.
I too suggest contacting Arrow to see if they can help. They have excellent customer service.

ok...so....my package is supposed to come today. It can come anytime...supposedly. I checked just now...nothing. I'll be gone for awhile cuz of work...but...I know for sure..that my mind will be on the package being here. So around 11pm when I get back....that's when I'll check if it's here or not.

You know what, I would contact Arrow about that, I know Amazon can't help you, and I'm not sure Arrow can do much better, but it's worth a shot.
Meanwhile, mine came yesterday.
Shipped Dec 14th, arrived January 19th. There is still good in this world.

. I did send Arrow an e-mail with a link to the pictures today. I didn't ask for anything and don't expect any special consideration as this is in no way their fault (and I did get a refund from Amazon). I thought they might get a kick out of seeing the carnage and would like to know that the set is just a little bit rarer. Only 9,999 left!

After deciding to order a 2nd copy from Arrow when I got home from running errands i was surprised to find my copy in my mailbox when I got home. It's an awesome looking set and I can't wait to start digging into the set when the kids go to bed tonight. Got #1276/10000.

Received yesterday in Hawaii, shipped 12/13. Still have a single Blu shipped 12/11 which has not arrived.
