It's from a Korean company called Novamedia. They release limited deluxe editions in SteelBooks with different slipcovers and extra swag. The transfers and extras, however, are what's already out there.

just received from Amazon UK
It sounded like there was a loose disc in the Amityville steelbook. Turns out it came with a set of miniature lobby card reproductions.

^ If you have a B&N membership, you can use coupon C3M9W9M to bring the price down to $13.26 before tax.
Deals like that on the Warner Archive titles are why I find the $25/yr membership worth it beyond the two Criterion sales.

and two hours later, this showed up.
Can't hear any loose discs, but it's a pretty tight package. Won't know for sure until tonight.
Amazon used the fold over style shipping container, but the set is sturdily constructed so it made the long journey in fine shape.

Re: The last Blu-ray you bought (Round 3)
A quadruple dip for me. The original DVD, then the SE, then the HD DVD. The main reason I'm upgrading is that supposedly this version uses the original sound effects/ soundtrack and not the changed ones. It always bothered me in the scene where the car jumps into the bed of the truck, the cop yells to the trucker "son, reckin you let me off at the next exit?" In the original soundtrack trucker responds with the horn. In the changed version there is no response. Not sure why they thought silence was better there but hopefully this will rectify the problem.
