I don't need anything fancy just 2 Ethernet outs is enough

That should be fine. However, as long as you're getting a router, you may as well spend a few bucks more and get a wireless router. A lot of devices are gaining wifi capabilities, and it'd probably be better to have wifi on hand when that happens rather than having to upgrade your router at that point.
