Just a FYI on shipping Blu-rays. A typical Blu-ray packed in a 6x9 padded envelope will weigh 4-5 ounces depending on if it is a single or double disc set. They will always be LESS expensive to ship First Class vs Media Mail.

Depending on how far it has to go, or at least that's what I was told previously by one of the clerks at the post office.

But, thanks! (I'd rather ship them first class anyway if the cost is comparable, which it usually is - and often, as you noted, even less.)

Distance is only a consideration for Priority Mail. That is the nice thing about First Class and Media Mail is you can ship anywhere in the USA including HI and AK or even PR for the same price.

Didn't mean to get off topic. Just thought the info might be helpful to all traders, sellers.
