Re: The Official Bond on Blu-ray Thread

Interesting. Presumably the same titles will show up in the U.S. Does that mean that Vol. 4 will be a four disc set?

That was the original release plan for the USA and Europe also, but plans changed. EzyDVD just havent updated the site yet (to remove these titles).

Re: The Official Bond on Blu-ray Thread

I was just on Amazon looking at the BD sale titles and I saw a link to this:

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=amb_link...d_i=B000IFQLG4

Looks like Amazon scored Wave 2 of the steelbooks.

Re: The Official Bond on Blu-ray Thread

Yes, those have been known for a while. The question is, where are the other three titles?

I'm holding out until they do a set with all of them, well at least Dr No - Die Another Day

Yeah I learned my lesson from the DVD box sets. Bought them all individually and in the past few months it felt like the entire set was on sale every other week on Amazon.

I was going to get the 3-packs but that means there's going to be 7 volumes - this big pack looks like there just might be 2 of them total.

I'm getting the individuals as steelbooks.

Yes, it's a Costco exclusive from what I remember reading in the Costco Connection magazine.

is it just Moonraker, World is Not Enough, and Goldfinger that are coming out on March 24th that are getting the steelbook treatment?

The James Bond Blu-ray Volume 3 3-pak is now $49.99 for pre-order at Amazon. The other 2 volumes are also $49.99.

Re: The Official Bond on Blu-ray Thread

I'm too OCD to get the three-packs. If they had been released chronologically (ie, Volume 1 would be Dr. No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger), then I probably would've gone for 'em.

Have any reviews come out yet? I just want to make sure they at least have slipcovers. Screencaps would be nice too.

When I worked for Blockbuster I got copies well before any reviewers on DVDTalk or other sites did (not saying he works for them though ).
