Nice list. But we are still waiting for the first list to come. It is very easy to make a photoshop list and put it on in your dvd. But now you need to release them!

On the new Peter Pan: Platinum Edition there is a preview for Blu-Ray, in the preview it lists these movies coming soon from Disney Blu-Ray:

Aladdin
Beauty and the Beast
The Little Mermaid
The Lion King
Monsters Inc.

And a few others I can't remember off the top of my head. Don't know when, but I'll be looking forward to all of these.

BTW, I just watched Cars DVD on my A2, and it looked pretty damn good. I don't feel the need to buy a BD player yet, since the A2 upconverts pretty well. But if Disney were to release all those titles in the very near future, and if the Sony BD players would drop to $299 at the same time, then I could very easily become a BD owner.

namja, as you know, well mastered animated DVDs upscale quite well (I assume that it is because it is easier to interpolate pixels with inherently simplified animated pictures). Animated material upscales so well that I feel little need to upgrade to HD versions. I'll wait for some "must have" live action films (as well as lower player prices, of course) before taking the BD plunge.

There is a reason that stores often use animated demo material to show off displays!
