"Switch Editor Mode" feature / button ....

Hello.

Can you please implement / add "Switch Editor Mode" feature / button to:

Post Reply

and to:

New Thread

To each of those "Editor Box", respectively

------

Currently I DO see "Switch Editor Mode" feature / button here at forum .. in Quick Reply "editor / message box" ( which is better than nothing already )

But looks like that feature exists in Quck Reply "editor / message box" ONLY ...

But not in other two, main ones, "editor / message boxes" ...

As mentioned above .. neither in Post Reply nor in New Thread

Thanks

Yep, I'm sure the powers that be will get right on those forum changes for a circa 1999 forum...

Not 100% clear on what's being requested.

In your User settings, if you have selected to use "Advanced Editor", you will see "Editor" mode button.

Re: "Switch Editor Mode" feature / button ....

Good idea, IBobi ... lemme see!

Nope ... it's still not there (I didn't see the "Advanced Editor" there by the way, but I switched from Standard Editor to Enhanced Editor (that what you meant, I am guessing by "Advanced" one)) ...

Not 100% clear on what's being requested.
Let me try and show it to you ....

It exists in Quck Reply editor box: (in the top right corner of it ... - "a / A" thingy)

But if use "Advanced Mode" (that I am using now) / "Reply to Thread" button / "New Thread" button ... -- the "a / A" thingy is gone from the top right corner in that editor mode (where at other vBulletin forums (few that I am aware of anyhow) the "a / A" thingy in top right corner exists in ALL editor modes (in Quick Reply, in Advanced Mode, in Reply to Thread, in New Thread (Advanced Mode, Reply to Thread, New Thread -- is the SAME thing basically, where Quick Reply mode is a bit different from the other mode, it's more premitive actually .. or should be .. but as far as the ""a / A" thingy in top right corner" is concerned .. it's somehow the only one that has it here at the forum .. a bit strange but true ... LOL)
Here is what I mean in "Reply Thread / Rost Reply / New Thread" mode ... -- the "a / A" thingy in top right corner is MISSING in it:

I hope you understand / see what I meant / tried to say ...

Thanks.

This is going to be "core" VB software settings; we won't be able to change it.

It must be easier to post links when that "Switch Editor Mode" feature is enabled.
