Spam e-mail from 'Stephen9530 @ DVD Talk Forum <[email protected]'

Hi all,
just wanted to start an alert thread. I got this e-mail from above talking about ripping DVD's.

This is the message:

Hello,

This is Stephen. I’m so glad to write this to you. First, wish you have a nice day!

Frankly speaking, I want to recommend a great program to you. It‘s xxxx DVD Ripper Platinum. This great DVD ripper is a professional DVD ripping tool, very easy to use. Through a lot of tests, it should be the fastest DVD ripping tool in the world. And xxx DVD Ripper Platinum is also one of the few DVD tools which can decrypt DVDs with the new copy protection technology such as Transformers 2, Star Trek 2009, The Dark Knight, UP, WALL-E, The Proposal, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. I wish you can spread this amazing product through your articles in forums. You can get more information about this application here:

As I know, if you can spread this powerful DVD tool in forums, the provider, Digiarty will offer you any one of the products on its as a gift. And you will be a VIP user who can get 50% discount for purchasing any list products. If you are not satisfied, you can ask what you need. They will try their best to meet your requirements.

To be honesty, I’m from Digiarty. We sincerely wish the great DVD tool can be used by more and more users. Anything confused, please feel free to contact me at:

Look forward to your response,

All the best,
Stephen

I xxx'd out the program and website, but left e-mail so mods can possibly track, but wanted to alert mods, forum members as this seems to be spam of the worst kind and not sure how he got e-mail.

No posts. It seems to me that new members should not be able to email other members until a certain criteria is met.

The criteria is that they spam you first.
