Question about thread title length
What's the maximum length a thread title can be without it cutting off the end and replacing it with ellipses? I'm considering starting a 1&O thread with a lengthy title, but I don't want the end to get cut off.
Thanks. |

Well, if you don't want to wait for an official answer (if there is one), just try it and see. The worst that can happen is that it cuts it off. If so, immediately delete the thread (by editing and deleting your first post) and try something shorter. You can keep a copy of your first post text in Notepad or something, then just copy and paste it back in.

Yeah, that's what I'll probably do when I get a chance to put everything together this weekend. Thanks.
