Hot Fuzz: 3 Disc (R1)- Artwork needed.

I picked up the 3-Disc set shipped for $10 from Newbury Comics and the USPS saw fit to destroy the packaging.

The discs are in mint condition, so I'm just planning to put them in standard cases, currently three, single slim cases.

My problem is getting custom artwork for them, or at least a scan of the original slip sleeve.

Does anyone have solutions?

DVD Cases Still Feel Best

I've amassed about 80 Blu-ray since I adopted the format, and I realized something during this year's October Horror Movie Challenge: DVDs are still more fun for me to "collect" than Blu-ray.

My BD of *My Bloody Valentine* is pretty cool, lots of 3-D glasses and such, but my recently acquired Anchor Bay DVD of *Mark of the Devil* has a great card-stock poster-repro in the case that is just wonderful to look at.

I really enjoy picking up and looking at my DVDs, but not so much with the BDs. They just kind of sit there on the shelf. Is it the blue case? Is it that the case is small? I have about 50 laserdiscs, they're big, but I prefer DVD size still. VHS doesn't quite do it for me either. And just for the heck of it, my two SelectaVision VideoDiscs don't have the same appeal either.

DVD case size, inserts, and slipcovers seem to have really hit the nail on the head as far as a physical state of packaging. I like DVDs, and not just the movies, but how they are packaged and how they feel. Even used--a scratched, smudged, torn DVD case is way more appealing to me than a BD case with scuff or two.

All this may explain some as to why I buy way more DVDs than I watch. Hey, there's my excuse, the cases made me do it...

I was looking for the cover for the anniversary dvd of Edward Scissorhands and was surprised to see, I think, 3 different covers. Two of them are a side closeup of Johnny Depp ; one has him facing left, the other has him facing left. The cover that I'm looking for has Edward Scissorhands standing in the show with Wynonna Ryder hugging him from behind. I have been unable to find a good quality scan or picture of this cover. I need it for my dvd collection program. Does anyone have or can anyone get this cover for me ? Thanks.

We found a good deal on used copies of the original MASH seasons in the superwide cases, though a couple of them are in less than great condition. Does anyone still sell those cases? Does anyone have a couple extra after converting to a thinner case? Since we went to all the trouble of getting the whole series in the wide cases, I'd rather keep them all the same.

thanks
