When does an order credit to your need to purchase number?

I have ordered many times before but have never paid attention when orders are credited against your requirements so my question is when do I get credit against the number of DVDs I need to order to close my account. When the order is shipped? The reason I ask is that I have placed an order for some pre-release titles that have not shipped but I also still have 2 to buy.

40% off Blu-ray Discs at CH

Got an e-mail this morning with a 40% off Blu-ray Discs offer. I also have a global free shipping offer on the account (and it works, I tested it).

I guess Columbia House is trying to compete with Deep Discount. But the old B1G1F + free shipping offers we used to get have me spoiled...

What films will be available on CH that will be broadcast by the new EPIX pay TV channel? Are there any gaps on the studios included?

I sent in an application to join the TV on DVD Club along with a money order for $19.95 three weeks ago. I signed into my regular DVD Club account today and noticed I have been billed for the two DVDs I ordered to join the TV DVD Club. Why did I get billed for them on my regular account? I got billed full price for them. There is no mentioned of my $19.95 money order. I don't have any other accounts with them. Is this an error on their part? What happend to my $19.95 money order?

Update: I sent an email to the Customer Service of CH.

Struggling with decision. Continue CH or go to netflix?

Since CH is getting harder and harder to keep up with and the turn to no new titles being added to the enrollment selections possibly, I'm struggling to not just shut it down and go with netflix.

Cost is one, as netflix plan I'd choose would be $13.99/mth.

Even at an avg. of say $5/dvd at ch. The cost of owning 20 movies is overshadowed by the cost/year of netflix and the possibility of watching plenty more.

I'm finding that we aren't even watching dvd's more than twice now either.

Thoughts of netflix? Never used it, but the unlimited streaming movies sounds interesting.
