70's Wonder Woman question
I spend a little time tonight researching the 70's Wonder Woman show, as I'd like to finally own the first season on DVD. From what I can tell, it was mostly sold on three disks, two double-sided and one single-sided, but there are lots of complaints (including from this year) about the disks rotting. Amazon lists what is supposedly a 5-disk collection (probably DVD-5's)

that was made in 2012 (per the back of the package) or 2015 (per Amazon's listing), but I'm finding little evidence to prove this isn't a typo. Has anybody seen this version? Does anybody have an original double-sided set that hasn't rotted? Thanks for any input.

If one is skeptical of amazon's listings, then one should look for a copy of the 5-disc 2012 version at some nearby offline bricks & mortar retailers to examine it for sure. (The 2012 version has been $10 at nearby Wallyworlds for the past few months).

Re: 70's Wonder Woman question
Thanks for the feedback. I also just discovered a new, pending 3xDVD set with 2 double layer disks and one single layer. The collector in me wants the original packaging but not the manufacturing headaches, so I may put this set on the back burner a bit longer while checking out the big box stores. Maybe the original sets will appear at Big Lots one day?

Re: 70's Wonder Woman question
At this point, I have no idea if these 2017 re-released/re-packaged versions are double-sided flipper discs.
The mock-up images on amazon suggest these 2017 versions might possibly be reauthored single-sided discs. Currently I have no idea if this is indeed the case.
I'm usually skeptical of official online images + product descriptions for the most part, until I see the actual opened package (such as in unboxing videos or some customer images made by non-professionals).
The original sets have been occasional dump bin fodder for many years. I found and purchased seasons 2 and 3 for less than $10 a pop from several local dump bins. It had the original thick digipak style packaging from the mid-2000s.
