While I enjoy most of what I've seen Sho Kosugi in, Rage of Honor (1987) felt like the film that wouldn't end.

Tried to make it out to a drive-in that is about 1 hour away from where I live. I wanted to go with one of my best friends, but our schedules hate each other.

^Yup, I watched that youtube version. I don't know if you've seen it yet, but if you do plan on watching it, keep the mute button handy during the rape at the beginning. You hear the same scream over & over & over & over.....

I was hoping there was a longer version on YouTube. From what I read here and there, that film was at least 60 minutes long originally. when it was called The Kill, and later when it was released on VHS (as Blood Hunger). So it looks like 15 minutes are missing from Reservoir Cats.

^Yeah, that's another thing. I didn't know what to call it when I listed it down. I've been going by what imdb or letterboxd calls them. Of course, I first heard of the movie as "Reservoir Cats"....Poor kitty at the very beginning, btw.

7 more films until I hit my goal. I hope I can finish by Sunday night.

I just realize that next week (the final week of the challenge), I have a lot of stuff going on. Won't have time to watch a bunch.

I need 15 more films to reach my goal. I slowed down the past couple days, so need to make up some ground.

Thanks. You too .

I just watched my first ever Sherlock Holmes movie, The Woman in Green, on Encore Suspense. I have to say it was a good movie. One of the original mystery movies.

I love Revenge of the Ninja (1983). It's so damn goofy.

When I used to catch it broadcast on TV as a kid, I only knew it as the ninja film with the woman with no pants

Some time I still need to finish the trilogy. Started Enter the Ninja, but never got around to finishing it.

Got my requisite movies in for the day. Anything else is gravy.

Too late for this year's challenge, but maybe good for next year. I just saw a commercial on El Rey for a new Mad Max movie coming out next month, on the 15th.

I can't wait for Mad Max: Fury Road. I'll be at a weekend long music festival with my friend down in Southern California the weekend it comes out. I'll probably see it when I get back the following week.

So happy that George Miller helped co-write the script and is directing the film.

I just watched the English Dub for Godzilla's Revenge (1969). So hilarious

Re: Sixth Annual Drive-in/Exploitation/B-movie Challenge April 1-30 2015

Went to a cemetery today. Saw one freshly dug grave with an empty* burial vault** next to it. Found another grave where the cement burial vault had collapsed with about a 1.5 ft. diameter hole. The person I went with brought her dog and it ended up taking a step backwards and falling in. She got it out while I got a picture.

*because I opened it to check

Bah. I waited too long to watch It Follows (2015) again in theaters. The local theater closest to me isn't showing it anymore.

I loved it the first time I saw it, was hoping to see it again. Shouldn't have been so lazy.

I finished watching 7th Day (2012). Not the most perfect character driven film about a Serial Killer, but I thought it was a solid low-budget film. The gore is absolutely fantastic and there are some great lines thrown once in a while.

Watching it makes me want to throw in Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (1986) as one of my final 4-5 films.

Edit-For those uninformed, Rosalba Neri: Lady Frankenstein,Slaughter Hotel, Devil's Wedding Night, The Girl in Room 2A (Still surprised I haven't seen yet)

Edwige Fenech: TONS of giallos, Mean Frank and Crazy Tony (A personal favorite) and many Italian sex comedies

Woke up early today, so decided to work on the challenge. I started the day with The Hollow, on TMC. I wonder if it was made to cash in on the popularity of Sleepy Hollow, with Johnny Depp.

On another note, did good yesterday, so only have 9 movies left to reach 100 now.

I don't feel good today, so am in the softer bed, in my room without a Dish hookup. So likely what I watch today, will be through Roku. Luckily, Sling TV and Klowd, plus some other live channels gives me cable through Roku.

Finished The Flight That Disappeared (1961). Felt like an overly long Twilight Zone episode.

Normally I'd enjoy that, but I felt bored as hell.

Probably going to work on finishing my radio show episode for tomorrow night and try to knock out 2 more films by the end of today.

The Exterminator (1980) has grown on me tremendously each time I watch it.

I liked it the first time I saw it, but I find more things I like about it each time. Some gnarly scenes especially in the 'Chicken House'.

I didn't like it. Cannon Films brought back Robert Ginty, but left out so much of what I liked about the first film. More flamethrower doesn't equal more fun, oddly enough

After 6 years of trying, across 2 different challenges, I've finally watched 100 films!

I had to make the 100th film one of my favorites, Rolling Thunder (1977). This was my first time watching it on Blu-Ray and had only seen it on VHS previous to tonight.

The moment in the finale where:

Spoiler:
The prostitute asks John what he's doing and he says 'I'm gonna kill a bunch of people' (while assembling his rifle), is so awesome
