Lithographs in "My Neighbor Totoro" R1 2-Disk DVDs
Do all printings of the 2-disk "My Neighbor Totoro" DVD (and other Studio Ghibli recent 2-disk DVD releases) have the lithograph inside or only first printings? If it's only in first printings are there any identifying marks to distinguish before purchase?
