Re: Anybody know whats up with the Roger Corman titles

A bunch of the less popular titles from New Concrode are back on Amazon. Brand new sealed and fulfilled by Amazon. Munchies, Piranha(mid 90's one), Sorority House Massacres, Watchers 3, Watchers Reborn, and others. I'm not sure if they found them in a warehouse somewhere or what. Does anyone know whats going on?

Re: Anybody know whats up with the Roger Corman titles

Question about the Shout Factory release of "Rock And Roll High School"... I thought that it had all of the features from the previous releases plus new ones. I was looking at an earlier copy of the old "Roger Corman Early Films" collection disc and it says it features a commentray by Corman and Dey Young. Was this not ported over? The other commentary seems to have been ported and the Shout Factory release claims 2 new commentaries.

If the Corman commentary wasn't ported, does anybody know why not?

The commentary by Roger Corman and Dey Young is on the disc, it's just not listed on the back of the box.

The commentary by Roger Corman and Angie Dickinson for Big Bad Mama is also not listed on the back of it's box but it is on there.

How often do unlisted features show up on these discs?

I think it's only past extras that have shown up unlisted. Anything new will be prominently listed. Shout has been great with these releases, so any features from previous discs should be ported over even if they're not explicitly mentioned on the back.

A buddy brought this to my attention recently. Apparently Corman is selling some of the older (some if not most OOP) New Concord releases directly from the New Horizons site: http://www.newhorizonspictures.com/b/2521325011

I like the look of this one: Deathstalker 1/2, Barbarian Queen 1, and The Warrior and the Sorceress for $16.99 street.
