The back of the dvd is purple like a burnt dvd-r copy, the front label looks like it could be a photocopied color sticker since the colors seem a little off to me, and the dvd itself has no wwe warnings or wwe menus of any kind...once the dvd loads the show starts playing automatically without going to any menu, and when i click on menu there's only this simple single page blue menu.
Can anyone please verify if their copy is the same, or have i just gotten a bootleg copy of some kind?

Official dvds have a silver (single layer) or gold back (dual layer).
This is how the front of the dvd should look like: (credit to Throwback)
I read the dvd comes in no offical case and now artwork and just the dvd in a sleeve or something.

Hey guys,
I think I have something here that even Throwback will be envious of Someone on another board hooked me up with this beauty of a cover after I requested it for a month. I just got the cover yesterday, printed it out and put it in its case and this is the result:

I mean my disc looks just like this one and it also comes in a plain case with no artwork like mentioned, but it's the lack of a menu and the purple back that makes me suspicious.
I tried PMing throwback to verify how his copy looks, but no reply.

Dave88, the creator of this cover does have others but they are mostly "In Your House" covers. He basically just touches them up a bit and some he creates from scratch.
Dx23, some matches are on youtube, such as Hogan/Hansen, Warrior/DiBiase, Demolition/Andre&Baba and Santana&Snuka/Fuchi&Kobashi. More is available at aol video.

After not finding anything for awhile my local used shop had Brock Lesnar: Here comes the Pain and Hardy Boyz Leap of Faith today. The Lesnar one I couldn't really care about but it was cheap but I was extremely happy with the Hardys disc

out of curiosity, is this rare/valuable at all?
(opened)
I forgot ever buying this, and I figure its worth more than the chump change FYE would give me

That aside I'm not sure how sought after the Takedown Masters ROH Dvd's are. I'm not sure if there's actually a difference in quality or not but as a matter of personal preference I only buy the ROH releases just so all my packaging is the same.
If I were you I'd just hold on to it. Most the matches on it are pretty solid

The Takedown Masters editions of ROH shows are heavily edited. So much so that it's not worth even holding onto IMO.

I just picked up the rare Undertaker: The Phenom DVD for $25. That's a pretty good deal, right?
I have a few pretty common WWE DVDs still to get (Before They Were Superstars 2, Hardcore, Best of Confidential), but The Phenom was my biggest want after Raw Homecoming.

Thats a great deal on Undertaker: The Phenom, i have been looking for that dvd for months but the prices were just a used copy are ridiculous.
RAW Homecoming has become the rarest WWE DVD to date. Theres only one listed on that auction site going for $250 used. I luckly got it last year for $45 brand new on that same auction site. I think that was the most i spent on a single DVD.
Its going to be a pain to find now for a decent price.

I think it's even funnier that it's not even that great a show. Aside from the 30-minute iron man match between HBK and Angle, I can't really see any reason to want to own this. This was the first of WWE's many bloated 3-hour specials, which often feature about 20 minutes of actual wrestling.

ShadyLPete, while WWE doesn't have any Blu-Ray discs set for release, Big Vision will be releasing XPW: Cold Day in Hell on both DVD and Blu-Ray. XPW will be featured on the second wrestling Blu-Ray disc...something seems wrong about that.
