Janet Gaynor Sunnyside Up

I wonder when or more likely if Janet Gaynor's Sunnyside Up will show up on DVD - the style of this particular movie is so dated but these really early musical movies have a period charm missing from their more modern 1950's counterparts !!

I'd also love to see the Paul Whiteman King Of Jazz on DVD with a very young Bing Crosby in Two Color Technicolor!

Who will own these titles now - Warners usually do the best remastering! I think King Of Jazz was owned by Universal.
