Lock Up with Sly Stallone (Deceptive re-packaging)

I saw Lions Gate released this DVD this past Tuesday and I finally decided to pick it up Today. I thought this was a pretty solid prison thriller when I watched this back in High School.

After picking it up, low and behold I discovered Lions Gate didn't even bother re-packaging it. The DVD is essentially the old 1998 Live release with a new slip cover. The artwork on the actual case is the same identical cover as before, but the slip cover has new artwork and says it's a Lions Gate release.

Now, wouldn't you all think this is a pretty lazy re-release? I'm almost tempted to return it because I feel like I overpaid for this.
