12 Monkeys Transfer Issue in New Special Edition
During the movie, in chapter 13, at time 2:49, their is a weird color issue present for one of the frames. You may have to put the film into slow motion to see it, becuase it is only visible breifly during the movie. It is during the scene when Brad Pitt is talking to Bruce Willis at Pitt's character's father's house.
Does anyone else see this? And could anyone explain this?
