Beast in Heat / SS HELL CAMP
Via Xploited:
Looks like one of the most controversial films has finally arrived in R1 land-UNCUT.
Possibly the sickest of all Nazi Exploitation films Luigi Batzella's THE BEAST IN HEAT is one of those "you've gotta see this" films.
In a remote village in occupied Europe, the SS pursue their inhumane treatment of captured partisans in efforts to force them to betray their comrades. Dr. Kratsch (Macha Magall), a sadistic biologist, concentrates her efforts on the female prisoners with refined tortures and humiliation, leaving them to the mercy of a sex-crazed half-man half-beast (Salvatore Baccaro) she has created with experimental injections. As the advancing Allied forces approach the village, Kratsch herself becomes a victim of her own fiendish rituals.

So, I just rented this from Nicheflix... and,
oh my god, this movie was soooo cheezy and sooooo bad, it was kind of entertaining. There was hardly a budget to speak of:
- no money for squibs
- bright eye-assaulting colored costumes
- secondary or quite possibly stock footage of a battle sequence that didn't seem to gel with the rest of the action.
- this DVD should have been in it's original language, cause the dubbing was attrocious.
- the violence gets kind of goofy, and is no where as mean-spirited as the Ilsa films. Even the sex looked insanely amatuerish. I can't say I thought it was a total waste of time, but I think this film's notoriety precedes itself.
