What are the bad discs out there?

I was thinking it would be nice to have one thread that has all the info on the bad discs out there. I'm talking about stuff like Back to the Future, where the discs are "bad" and there's actually something you can do about it.

Maybe a sticky is in order. I wouldn't have any trouble editing it when new info becomes available.

What do you guys think? And what are the bad discs?

Help me out:

1.
Back to the Future
(What's the problem?)
(Who do I call to get it fixed/Replaced?)

There's a scene on the Chasing Amy Criterion DVD that is misframed.

It was always like that, even in theaters. Listen to the commentary.

...nevermind...

Thanks for the link to the other thread (and for not being an ass about it). The other thread needs to a sticky.

Actually, on the commentary, they talk about how *good* the framing is, because they weren't watching that transfer. They were watching the LD transfer, which was re-done by Dave Klein (the DP) when they went to DVD, at which point that scene got messed up.
