Perhaps it's the EE, SE, and the National Geographic disk. That would get you to 7.

Seems kinda silly, as the National Geographic special is on the second disc of the two-disc version.

It could also be the EE gift set, which includes a DVD of the LOTR Symphony along with the TE release.
That would equal 7 discs.

My guess is that DGibFen has it right. That way you'd get both versions of the film (theatrical and extended edition), plus the extra disc in the gift set. Makes sense to me. Looks like the only thing you might not get is the sculpture of Minas Tirith that comes with the gift set, unless this package is the gift set--sculpture and all--plus the two disc theatrical version all sent together.
