I know DVD Talk is good, but generally don't have all the new releases that fast. I was wondering if there is a site that has all the new releases real fast and even before they come out?

Whoever they are, I would ignore them. Scott, early reviews of anything are generally not worth looking at. They are generally done by people who are simply trying to be first and little more.
If you are looking for a site who takes their time to do accurate reviews on quality test equipment, I'd go with www.widescreenreview.com. It is a pay site, but you can get the recent reviews for free.

Keep in mind that some studios such as Paramount and Warner have provisions that prevent DVD reviews from appearing more than 10 days before release.

Studios often don't send product as early as they used to.

You could sign up for Bloglines (or your RSS reader of choice) and add every review site that has an RSS feed. That's the easiest way to keep up with reviews.
It seems to me that Digitally Obsessed has very good recently at getting new release reviews up quickly, but there's really no one best site.
