Thread resurrected again. I have a question here, did a search for it and didn't find anything.

My copy of Opera is 2317/3,000 , not 30,000. Is this a non-U.S. pressing, or just a typo? It says "Version 2.0" on it, so I assume it has the corrected audio. Anyone know anything about this?

WOW!!! Personally, I'm amazed at the number of people that actually took the time to respond to this thread. On that note, I'm too lazy to look up my LE numbers.

My question still hasn't been answered:

Was there some initial pressing of Opera that was only 3,000 copies? Or was there a pressing in a foreign country (probably Canada) that only consisted of 3,000 copies? Or is there only the XXXXX/30,000 pressing? If so, is my copy, which says it is out of Three Thousand, a typo?

Kinda like this?

From my understanding, the recalled version was only limited to 3,000, therefor your copy is not a typo!

What is the audio-glitch that caused them to recall the Opera DVD's? I am interested in pickin' it up, but the fixed versions are fetching in upwards of $30 dollars, where as the regular versions are about $15 dollars.

So even though it says Version 2.0, the audio isn't fixed? Do I have to call Anchor Bay about a replacement now?

With Opera, it wasn't an audio problem. Basically after the dual-layer change, problems galore happened with mostly everybody's copy. Pixelation, skipping... basically everything that could go wrong with a DVD happened here.
