I have an original cardboard case for this and am looking for a cover insert for a replacement plastic case. An original replacement cover and case (clear plastic version) would be preferred but at this point I would settle for a high quality scan of just the cover insert. If anyone can help let me know what you have and how much you want for item including shipping.
