I probably should rephrase that. I meant that the store it appeared that the store shrinkwrapped all the copies before putting them out on the shelves.

I'll admit my naivety here. I bought all three and had no idea until I got home and looked at them closely that they were the same movie, I thought it was a trilogy.

Not sure if I'm going to keep them or not. $45 for one blindbuy movie is about $42 over my usual per title average.

I got cover #1 of Sukiyaki Western Django from Best Buy today. I was happily surprised that it only cost me $16.04, especially since I cashed in my loose change at the bank on the way over and it came out to be $15.90. Fourteen cents for a blind buy isn't too shabby. I actually considered getting all three versions, but there's no way that I can justify doing that. I am really annoyed that it wasn't shrinkwrapped. I mean, how do you get the security stickers off of the back paper without it ripping?

It's actually pretty easy. The security stickers are tucked under the large back sticker and you can just peel that one up and reattach it when the security sticker is removed.

Information sharing is fine... but sharing a source where in the 1st place the previous link you shared was a mistake (Shockwave) here you are again sharing another pre-order link *and again from the same e-tailer which you "admit" that you have no control

**so why bother sharing a url pre-order product link from dvdempire (which you admit you have no control) ?

Well if that is your main intention, can you not learn from your previous mistake? and before jumping into sharing something.. validate it first?

In that case, we'll need to discount anything posted on the Bestbuy website. I recall the time when Bruce and Lloyd (Get Smart) was released, there was an small, but almost clear picture of the cover with the tell tale rounded edges and the splash page actually mentions SteelBook. If that wasn't validation, I don't know what is..

I never liked the look of their site and had a fit when Bestbuy Canada changed their site. At least BB Canada catelogues their exclusives individually rather than the crapshoot at Bestbuy.

Anyways, unless people have inside sources and able to publicly discuss them, where else do we get our SteelBook information besides retailers?

But just to please Xage , First Look Home Entertainment will be releasing the 2006 film The Dead Girl with a Steelbook case on 03/03/09, This of course could change since it is a man made product and the world could end before that date.

I would post a link but am afraid Xage wont react like an adult and would have a fit like a five year old, and post a huge paragraph just to state he didn't get the steelbook.
