apparently it is one of the most rare. i dunno if that is true or not, but whatever, i got a very good deal. and when i say "very good deal" i mean brand new and free. i wouldn't really have paid for this one.

Are there slipcovers or cases available to keep steelbooks in? I'm new to collecting these, and want to keep them scratch/dent free. The ones I have now are in the original shrinkwrap or in a plastic bag.

They don't come with any slipcover, but I found they would fit pretty good with the existing one for the regular case.. Right now, my V for Vendetta and the two Grindhouse steelcases fits securely in the case's slipcover..

Let me see if I understand this correctly.

You found two (2) Ice Age Meltdown Steelbooks at Future Shop and you did not buy them?

I didn't like the movie and I hate Animated/3D movies.

If that's the final version, I'll have to double-dip on that edition and the BD copy.

I was praying that's what we would get in America for a Steelbook cover. God please make that happen.

Haven't seen the movie yet, but that cover is badass. If that is released in the US, I will buy it in a heartbeat.

To get off topic from Iron Man for a second, would anyone help me out by sharing their experiences ordering steelbooks from either deepdiscountdvd.com, rightstuf.com, or amazon.com?

I am looking to get Spawn Animated Series steelbook and Appleseed steelbook, but am worried about getting dented or scratched or damaged during shipment items.

I had a recent order with Amazon and both steelbooks came banged up and dented. They are sending replacements but I do not know if they will be better or not. I usually prefer to buy them in the store so I can examine it first, but online has better deals atm.

Thanks so much!

I have ordered from all three vendors and everything was 100%.

Your question would be better suited in the store forum.
