I just need a few cases, they need to be regular width, clear cases, with the clear plastic swing arm for the second disc. Any place that can sell low quantities like that?

I'm tempted to just buy some copies of Saw from the bargain bin at the used store and toss the discs.

Depending on shipping costs, that might actually be a good idea. But check out http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/ite...4649&catid=886 . Assuming the pic is accurate, these are good quality Amaray cases (not the "Push Here" hub case, but a variant). If you don't mind disks mounted to the front and back (instead of a swing arm), that opens more possibilities.
