My Target just got it in stock this morning. They had about 12 copies on the shelves and the cover looked exactly the same as the other stores. However, nothing on the packaging mentioned the exclusive trading card so.....maybe there's another cover floating around? When I asked an employee, he said the card was inside. Don't know if he really knew (or cared).
For now, unless a different cover materializes, I'm keeping Doomsday as two entries (regular and BB).

NEW Walmart Lenticulars???
OK, i was gone for awhile getting set up at a new job so if this was brought up previously, i apologize. And since this might have been covered before, i'll also be brief, but if not this is pretty cool...
Looking at Walmart the other night, i saw several new lenticular slip covers for older movies in the same vien as the 20th Fox ones awhile back for Alien, I Robot, RoboCop, ID4, etc...
Anyway, the ones i saw which i've NEVER seen before were (all lenticulars)
I'm going back to see if there are others...i'm pretty sure there were. Have these already been mentioned? They really look nice..

AFI SlipCover Series
Also something new,
It looks like AFI is making special slipcovers for movies that have appeared in one or more of their numerous lists. Now the only one I saw was Raging Bull, so i'm not sure if this is restricted to just MGM/UA films or not.
Anyway, this cover was light blue and white and had a gatefold cover. The front looks basically like the normal DVD cover (in fact, the version of the movie is the generic, bare bones release). The cover has a large white star on the front which contains the movie graphic. Around the star is a background of light blue and says something like "AFI Award Series". Again, there are no new extras, just a gatefold opening up with trivia and info about the movie and which lists it has appeared on.
I'll try to scan it or take a phone pic and upload it. It's a really nice looking sc, just too bad the movie version is so average.

But I only saw them at WM, and they did have new UPCs stickied over the old, and that sometimes indicates store exclusives.

Sorry guys. I was swamped at work all week so I never hit any stores to do a slipcover list. From what I gather, there are two slipcovers for Knocked Up. An Unrated single disc and an Unrated double disc.
Anything else?

If it's Tuesday....
OK, i'll get the ball rolling this week....
* There is a 2 disc combo of both FF movies which has a case but i didn't look close enough to see if it was a slip cover or just a box holding 2 slim case editions of the movies.
The new 2 disc Bram Stoker's Dracula has an sc, but it's part of the gate fold packaging so probably does not belong on the list.
Also, thanks to you all, i bought "Mad Monster Party" from Amazon and it DID come with the orange slip cover as pictured previously (very nice...thanks everyone).

Thanks, Smartass8. Tho the My Name Is Earl exclusive is "out of bounds" since they wouldn't release the two slimcases without a cover (slipcover).
What I saw at Wal-Mart today:
(Note: The Wal-Mart I went to barely had anything out this morning. I got there at 9:30 and the employees were just putting Jungle Book out. I may be missing some new releases from the update. I plan on hitting Best Buy later tonight.)
The Jungle Book: Platinum Edition
Caligula (Rated R Version)
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer - The Power Cosmic Edition
Broken: Unrated
Tekkon Kinkreet
Knocked Up: Unrated & Unprotected
Knocked Up: Unrated Collector's Edition
Bug
The Bronx is Burning
Barbie in The Island Princess
Dawn of the Dead/Land of the Dead: 2 Movie Collection
Top 10 Heavyweights
Betsy Bubblegum's Journey Through Yummi-Land
Face/Off: Collector's Edition
Casper Meets Wendy
Alone in the Dark: Unrated Director's Cut
The Sand Pebbles: Cinema Classics Collection
I Tried
Cujo: 25th Anniversary Edition
I also saw lenticular covers for:
Carrie
The Howling
Pumpkinhead
Child's Play
The Abyss
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
X-Men
X-Men 2
Terminator
Walking Tall
Alien
Predator
Alien VS Predator
Robocop
Transporter
AND Wal-Mart has a new slipcover collection called THE DECADES COLLECTION. They're re-packaged DVDs with a CD and booklet about the deacade the movie came out. Unfortunately, if you were to get two of a specific era (say the 60s), they would have the SAME MUSIC on each CD.
Carrie
West Side Story
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Fiddler on the Roof
When Harry Met Sally
The Sure Thing
Wal-Mart Exclusive:
Cars: Ultimate Ride Bonus DVD
K-Mart Exclusive:
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (Lenticular Cover)
That's all for now. Update coming soon.

I'm assuming these additional lenticulars are from Walmart as well? I've seen most of them except Carrie, the Howling and LOEG.
I haven't seen the "Decades" collection. Do they have them up front or with the other DVDs?
And is the FF:Rise of the Silver Surfer K-mart lenticular for the 2 disc or single disc version?
Lastly, have you added "Wind Chill" to the list? It's a direct to DVD horror movie starring the chick from "Devil Wears Prada", Emily Blunt. Here's the cover...i've seen it at WM, BB and Circuit City

The Unrated version of Jackass The Movie originally had a slipcover. I remember seeing it at Costco when it first came out. I think I also saw them at Best Buy afterwards, but I haven't seen any with the cover since.

Here's what I saw today:
Surf's Up (Already mentioned)
Twilight Zone: The Movie
Poltergeist
Reign Over Me
Go Diego Go: Safari Rescue
Sid & Nancy: Collector's Edition
Wrong Turn 2: Unrated
Snapontool,
Yes, the lenticular covers I mentioned are from Wal-Mart. Don't know if they're exclusives tho.
The Decades Collection had it's own little section just a few feet away from the DVD section (at my store).
The K-Mart FF cover is only with the 2 Disc.
Wind Chill sounds familiar but I'll have to check. If it's not on the list now, it'll be in the next update.
Thanks all!

Sorry, when i posted this my browser wasn't showing Vale's update which i saw when i submitted...sorry for the redundancy...
I thought everyone sprinted for their keyboards on Tuesday...i logged on to see the update, but nothing...where's the love....OK, from memory, here's what i saw yesterday
No SC for "28 Weeks Later", "Evan Almighty" (surprises) and "Hannah Montana - Life's What You Make It" (no surprise)
I'll check again today, but this should get us started....I'm sure Vale will have some Walmart updates...i only checked Target and BB.

Just found some info on these:
Fox And MGM Release DVDs For The Cure - DVD News
Fox and MGM is joining the rallying cry to find a cure for breast cancer with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The studios are releasing some of their most popular romantic comedies, inspirational adventures, and classic movies under a “DVDs for the Cure” banner that includes special packaging to indicate which titles are part of the promotion. For each DVD title sold, a contribution will be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Among the special banner titles are An Affair to Remember, A Walk in the Clouds, Entrapment, Ever After, In Her Shoes, Legally Blonde, Mermaids, Moulin Rouge, Never Been Kissed, Say Anything, Thelma & Louise, and There’s Something About Mary. The special package (shown below) is a pink wrapper with “DVDs for the Cure” printed on it.
Now, here’s the fine print: for each DVD sold, Fox and MGM is making a fifty-cent donation to Susan G. Komen. They are recommending the DVDs be sold for $14.98, but only fifty cents of that goes into the donation for the breast cancer organization, so this isn’t exactly an excuse to run out and buy all twelve titles in hopes of making a sizable contribution. In order to make a decent difference, you’ll need to make your contribution directly to the cause I guess. However, the studios have committed to a minimum donation of $250,000.

The List has been UPDATED!!!!!
Everyone:
The Sid & Nancy: Collector's Edition slipcover is apparently a Best Buy exclusive. If you see it anywhere else with a slipcover, please post it here. For now, it's going to live in the Best Buy Exclusives section.
EDIT: Apparently, Sid & Nancy is a Best Buy Exclusive. Not just the slipcover. The entire DVD.

Hi. I didn't see this reported in the later posts, so sorry if it's already been reported..
In a chain store Zellers here, I saw some clear slipcovers with some Warner horror DVDs..
There's two types. One with blood splatter and the other with dead trees
Sorry for the poor pics. I was using my camera phone..
Check your local halloween costume section.
