I found it at my local FYE. I bought it used. So, I'm not sure if its available anywhere else. I'll try to take pics when I get home today.

HMV Canada have been releasing these collector's series DVD in these slipcovers for a while.. They're nothing special so I never picked them up.. Just got an email about some newer ones they're releasing:

As I was updating, I noticed that this is already on the list under Raiders of the Lost Ark. I refuse to call it "Indiana Jones and the" Raiders of the Lost Ark and I guess I added it that way by habit.

I'm such a big fan of Underworld that I did not know it came with a slipcover. Hopefully I can find one for my collection. Does anybody have pics of it.

Paramount continues their line of two-disc Centennial Collection packages with Chinatown, but it's missing a little something. Unlike the other DVDs in the collection, this one comes without the nice, somewhat thick cardboard slipcover that came with Sunset Boulevard, To Catch a Thief, and others. Everything else remains the same, from the gold-coated discs to the inner Booklet featuring mini-essays from an assortment of writers and a nice collage of photographs.

yes i saw that review too, but thats the reason why i am trying to confirm this info! sometimes the reviewers get press copies that are not always
having all features of the retail version, therefore i wanted to have someone
confirm that store copies are also without sleeve!?

the original underworld release didn`t have a slipsleeve. the unrated version released later came in a plastic slipsleeve cover.

I do have the unrated 2 disc version and it does have a plastic slipcover. I was thinking that the single disc of Underworld came with one too. Oops my fault.
