could anyone confirm that both

Judgment at Nuremburg and
Dressed to Kill (Special Edition)

both from MGM, didn't come with a slipcase? They have the Special Edition banner on top which usually means they were getting a very limited quantity of slipcases, such as Blue Velvet, Manchurian Candidate, etc.

Dammit! I went to BB and wrote down everything that came out with a SC today and now I've lost the list! ARRGH!!

From what I remember:

Dr. Strange
Back to School: Extra-Curricular Edition
Halloween - Restored
Fracture
Wild Hogs
Labyrinth: Anniversary Edition
Masters of Horror: Valerie on the Stairs

EDIT: I found the list. Looking at what I had put up earlier, I didn't do too bad. I listed everything I had on the list!

Older stuff that might be on the list already:

Bratz: Kidz Sleep-Over Adventure
Halloween: 25 Years of Terror
Masters of Horror: We All Scream for Ice Cream

Quick question: I thought Vacancy had a slipcover but I didn't write it down on my little list. If anyone's out, could you please double-check for me?

Thanks.

Vacancy DOES have a slipcover. Also, the 2-Disc Vacancy which can be found exclusively at FYE/Suncoast/Transworld stores has a slightly different slipcover of its own.

From what I recall, they added a border around it, kinda like Target did with their 300 Deluxe Edition.

Sorry, I should have mentioned I saw it on the list, but so far, every store I've visited doesn't have a slipcover..

I saw a bunch of Hard Boiled with SCs at my local Wal-Mart. Try hitting a few of those.

Thanks for the Vacancy update guys.

Uhm, it doesn't exactly "cover" much of anything, but Taxi Driver - 2 Disc Collector's Edition has a portion that slips on and off of the digipack.

i'll try to get a picture if i can. as per the back of the slipcover, the features on disc 2 are TWO featurettes. that's it. i don't remember exactly what the featurettes are. again, i'll try to get some more specific info. there were no run-times listed, so i assume it's probably maybe just some 10-min EPK-type stuff, but i didn't buy it, so i'm not sure.

I was checking the list for updates, and I have 3 questions.

1)Back To The Future was listed. Didn't it only come out in a box, not a sleeve?

2)Barnyard was listed. I thought that, except for the exclusive Target Sleeve, it didn't come with one?

3)Cabin Fever. Did it have a normal sleeve too? I thought the only sleeve it had was the lenticular.

Thanks!

The second Hellboy animated movie Blood and Iron should be added to the list.

Anyone do a slipcover search this week? I've been stuck in the office for three days straight and haven't had a chance to see what came out.

The new restored Halloween one disc has a lame reflective area for the eyes and knife, possibly a BB exclusive (I'm unsure from the threads that mentioned it).

Serenity has a bizarre packaging scheme, forget what we call it.

Perfect Stranger.

Is the cover for Leon: The Professional open on the side(s) or top/bottom? I bought it at Best Buy yesterday and none of them had slip covers.

I've seen both of the recent Halloween slipcovered DVDs(the 2-disc 25th Anniversary and the newer single disc) at Walmart too, so they're not Best Buy exclusives.

Someone in another thread (the Halloween one?) has confirmed that the BB slipcover is slightly different.

Thanks for the info! That really pisses me off though. Halloween is one of the few franchises that I'll get every version of but Anchor Bay is really testing my limits. Did the first Halloween with a slipcover(the 2-disc 25th anniversary) come with 2 covers as well?
