Did Lion King come with a slipcover?
Did the Platinum 2-disc edition of Lion King come with a cardboard slipcover? I've been looking for a used copy but I can't find any with one. Actually, is there somewhere that you can buy cardboard slipcovers? Like Batman Begins deluxe edition, or any others that no longer are sold in stores with a slipcover?

I hate when the slipcover is identical to the actual coverart.

You can contact Disney and they will send you items such as slipcovers, although they have a limit of five items.

I don't know their contact info off-hand, you might check over at www.ultimatedisney.com (or at least the forums over there.)

Sorry about that...I can accept emails now.
I only have a few slipcovers for The Lion King and none for the sequels. Sorry. I'm in Canada so it may or may not have that small "version francais incluse" on the front cover (I will check)...in case that bothers you.

For everyone wondering about Disney slipcovers in general, I have found the number to call as you can receive up to 5 Disney slipcovers for free.
The number is 1-800-723-4763
