Printing issue...Please give recommendation!

I made some custom artwork for some Star Wars titles (The Holiday Special, Deleted Magic & Musical Journey) and I try to print them out at work on a professional color copier (IKON Edox 4 CLC 5000) and I get a OFFENDING COMMAND: readstring error. I spoke with an IKON technician & he said it sounds like a font related issue.

So, how do you guys print your cover art out? Should I just go to Kinkos or somewhere?

Personally? I'd do a forum search since this has been covered to death.

Anyone else?

I'd save the artwork as a 300dpi JPG, then print it. You should never get a font error if it's a JPG.

They are all 300 dpi .jpgs.
