I wish other studios would do this. It's a great idea.
Some copies of Adaptation evidently came with an insert:

I hope this puts the issue to rest.

However, mine didn't, and a clear case does not an insert make.

Does the MGM Soul Cinema I'm Gonna Git You Sucka come with an insert? I didn't think it did since it was an MGM budget title, but my other Soul Cinema title (Cooley High) did.

Thanks,
Arkru

"Love & a .45" also has no insert (as none of the early Trimark DVDs have inserts).

My brand new copy of Love is a Many-Splendored Thing didn't have an insert (it did, however, have the free Sunrise pamphlet and a promotional insert for Turner Classic Movies).

I didn't see Monster's Ball on this list but then again, no Lion's Gate movies have one.

Okay, I've added everything everybody gave. A couple I have in orange until somebody else confirms it. I've added Lions Gate Films as "ALL" in bold. Let's not bother with Lions Gate unless somebody comes up with one that DOES.

Asking. I bought Last Broadcast used and it didn't have an insert. Anyone here bought it new that could tell me what they found?

Not true. My copy of Sunrise DOES have a very nice insert just as all Fox Studio Cllassics do.

BTW, thumbs up on this thread. This has saved me a lot of time of trying to find out what has inserts and what doesn't.

Did Punch-Drunk Love include some sort of an insert? I thought I remember reading it did, but I'm not sure. I got nothing...

PDL does indeed come with a booklet - a rather nice one at that. It's mostly art and photos from the film with a little note from PTA.
