Good Bad & Ugly - disk 2 IS ugly

I just opened my new The Good, The Bad and the Ugly SE, and disk 2 in my set is really ugly (many scratches). The disk was secure on its hub, so it looks like a problem in the manufacturing process. OTOH, disk one is pristine. I hadn't seen this concern mentioned, so thought I would pass it along as a "heads up" to others to check their sets. Seems I remember a similar situation being mentioned by numerous buyers with disk 3 in the RoboCop sets. (I hope this is the right place to post this)

the hub is the digipak type hub which is prone to scratches. I think it's cuz the disc presses down on the hub easily.

Actually, the scratches on mine are more like those you would get if your dog thought it was a frisbee and chomped on it for awhile. I've never seen a DVD look like this right out of a sealed package.

I had this same problem... had to return the set twice before I got a scratch free copy.

I've returned mine three times now.

1. Glue on the disc surface

2. Glue again

3. Scratched up.

4. we'll see (fingers crossed)

What is the deal with this one?

both of my discs were fine as well.

but that stinky stuff that held the specs sheet on left an annoying airbubble/dirt mark on the back of the DVD.
