Question about Netflix version of Mystic River

Does anyone know if the Netflix disc has the Clint Eastwood/Sean Penn/Tim Robbins/Kevin Bacon commentaries? I see they carry the bonus disc, but that doesn't mean anything. They also have the bonus disc for The Good, The Bad and The Ugly SE, but when I rented the disc with the movie last month it was the old version that I already own.

I rented Mystic River from Netflix.
The disc is the same as the bare bones release.
No commentaries.
