Wow, people are sure stupid. Of course, the winning bidder seems to have never won an eBay auction, so maybe he won't actually pay up. I'm more disconcerted by the guy who has 118 auctions under his belt and was still willing to pay $501.50.

Brutal. I have been watching some of those auctions in amazement. Looks like Ed Wood all over again

Yeah, I'd trust a 0 feedback bidder to cough up $600 for a $60 DVD.

Pretty funny when Next week Warner announces that their legal snafu was only a minor hitch and that season 2 sets will be shipping before the end of the month.

I'm betting that the winning bidder is someone who created a new account just to win this and not pay up anyway therefore not risking a negative eBay rating to their regular account.

Jeez, even if the top bidder doesnt come through...experienced bidders were still willing to pay $300-500!

That's just sick. If the bidder actually pays for it, it's even more sick.

Or it could be the seller himself creating an account just to win it when he realized that it's been postponed. Honor system? Maybe.

Mine had a dozen. They're $83.99 each. I thought about buying a couple, but I'd hate to lose $$ if (when) dozens of these hit ebay at once.

If you send the bidders a link to this thread, you'll probably see a lot of retracted bids!
