No booklet in Dick Van Dyke Season 4?

I just got the Season Four set of The Dick Van Dyke Show from Amazon, and was surprised to find that there was no four-page booklet, as there was in each of the first three season sets. Did anyone out there get a copy with a booklet?

You can e-mail Image Entertainment at --- [email protected] --- and ask them to mail you a booklet. I did this once, and they mailed one free of charge within a week.

I just wanted to confirm that there is indeed a four-page booklet for S4. My copy from Amazon contained it, along with a flyer for a book on the show.

Oh, yes.
Absolutely right.
All of the DVD-on-DVD boxed sets contain the 4-page mini-booklet, which are jam-packed with info on the show & its cast members. (The writing's a tad bit small to fit all the text in; but not TOO small.)

That Van Dyke Show book mentioned in the other enclosure is THIS ONE, which (BTW) is terrific from start to finish. The perfect companion to these DVD season sets.

Thanks. Just sent the e-mail. Now does anyone know an email address for the Saved by the Bell sets. There was no insert in my season 1/2 set but there was a place holder for it.
