Where are Bond DVD Box Sets Vol. 2&3

For all of you that have purchased DIE ANOTHER DAY on DVD, I'm sure you saw the trailer for the Bond DVD box sets. Volume one has been out since November, but I haven't heard anything about Vol. 2 or 3 coming out. Does anyone out there have info on this?? The trailer makes it sound like that they're available now, but they're not. It seems that they should be out now, since they are the same DVDs that were out in the past. Unfortunately, stores have pulled them off the shelves, so I have to wait for these new box sets. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Last that I heard was that they were planned for a November 2003 release. This has not been made official (I don't think), so the date may still change.

Does anyone know why MGM didn't release the second boxset when DAD was released? It seems kind of stupid not to release it then.

Yeah - I was actually anticipating another release with DAD - I've heard that we'll see these things this summer actually - but other rumors also point to a Christmas time release

And speaking of sets 2 & 3. does anyone know why these sets were not remastered in anamorphic widescreen and 5.1 sound like the first set?

Someone mentioned that they were missing dialogue in a few of the movies and also had some audio dropouts (Octopussy for one). Perhaps those problems are being fixed?

I have the older Volume 2 and all other Bond DVD besides, the box that cost me $106 for 7 of them. They're great in my Progressive Scan 300+ 1 changer #1.

When and if HD-DVD makes it I will buy them, not more editions of the same.

This has been discussed quite a bit and all dates are just speculation. Like others have said before, there have been guesses that they should already be out, other said they will come out November in consecutive years (which would play into the re-release of the audio re-mastered versions due out in 2005), and others are just guessing.

IIRC, when the reissues were first announced, they said a new wave would be released each fall beginning in 2002.
