Back to the Future Still.......

Misframed! I just got my replacements today and I'll be damn if they are still messed up. Now on both it's noticeable though the whole movie. Who ever did the repress must have been on crack or something. I don't know if anyone else sees the problem, but I sure do. Left side of the screen shows it to be misframed. Check it out maybe yours has it too.

I swear mine comes across misframed - left hand side of the screen just below the top black bar. Looks misframed to me. right hand side is the way it's suppose to be.

Makes me sorta glad I kept the ones with only a few minutes misframed (which I never would have really noticed if people weren't so frantic about it).

Are you saying the transfer is tilted?

The misframing was a top-bottom issue not left-right issue. I don't see how it could be misframed this way. You'll have to post pics before anyone will be able to explain it.

Funny....I looked at mine and all appears good. Post some evidence of your observations.

Haven't seen you at all, BizRodian!

Oh, you mean, "seen" me here, posting in the Forum.

Yeah, well, I deliberately cut back on posting here because I found myself actually getting upset when I would argue with people. One guy was determined to get me thrown off the forum a while back, so I've been laying low.

Quick question I am sure has been posted elsewhere. Have corrected sets been released to stores. And if so, does the package have some sort of identifying mark that shows the consumer that this is a "problem free" edition. Thanks.

The fixed versions are not in the stores yet... When they are, they will have "V2" stamped on the barcode sticker.

I haven't bought the set yet because of the framing problems (I'd rather not go throught he hassle of having to send my discs back) so I'm hoping they'll be available soon from stores and etailers.

Hopefully a good company like DDD will put a note saying that it's the fixed "V2" version on their site.
