Do you have any movies that you know, you probally will never watch or at least will not watch for a long long time. I have gotten some used dvd cause i liked the movie and its price. However I know I will never sit down and watch it. I may watch the extra but i doubt I will ever watch it. If i do it will be a LONG time when I dont have so many "I need to watch this!" movies

No. Usually I spend money on the movies I want to see.

No. If I know I won't watch something, I won't buy it. I'd rather spend the money on something I want to watch now.

Maybe I am the only one. Well one of a few. I have 3 close freinds that all get lots of DVD. We all are like, I love this movie but I know I will not watch anytime soon. BUt I am going to get it for the extra stuff and to watch one day, maybe.
I guess its cause I only have time to watch about 3 movies a month so I get a lot of stuff and never get around to watching it cause I have seen it. I first watch those i have yet to see

No...all the ones I get I intend to watch, that being said...it may take me a long time to get around to actually watching them.

The only one that comes to mind is Spiderman. &nbspIt's still sitting on the shelf, un-opened, and I'm not sure if it'll ever get played. Just haven't had the urge to watch it.

Only if I plan to re-sell it, which is rare if ever.

Actually, all those movies I don't plan to watch - I don't buy.

I like the logic of that.

Someday I may break down and buy Gus Van Sant's remake of Psycho just to complete my Julianne Moore DVD collection, but until then...

...nope, I've watched everything I own.

Well, I used to buy these crappy DVDs that I would watch once, but never ones that I don't plan on watching.

Nope. I have some I have not watched, but I bought them thinking I would.

Chalk one up to extreme laziness.

I'm gonna chalk two up to extreme laziness. If it's a movie I'm interested in and it's on sale, I'll pick it up. Working almost full time and in school full time doesn't allow much time for watching movies. BUT, when I do have time the last thing I want to do is drive to Blockbuster or Hollywood and walk around for ten minutes trying to figure out what I want to watch.

So, yes, I do buy movies that I INTEND on watching at some point, but I never know when that point will get here.

Yes. Scary Movie 2. It sucked as a movie, but I like to have the stuff I work on.

I haven't watched everything I own but, thats just due to lack of time, I plan to watch everything or I wouldn't of bought it. I don't make enough money to buy DVD's I don't plan to watch.

I would never intentionally buy a movie that I know would never be watched...that's just crazy!

Of course, there are a few I haven't got around to watching, or have only seen once because of a lack of time. Although I did blind buy "Reindeer Games", and it was only watched once...and then it was sold. Honestly, what's the point of owning movies you don't like?

My problem is I never have time to watch a DVD. My second problem is that after I buy the DVD and watch it once or twice, it's hard to watch it a third time.

Well, I found Ernest Goes To Camp the other day. I'm not exactly in any hurry to watch it, but it was worth getting a movie I laughed at as a kid for only $5. Even if I don't watch it, my girlfriends 5-yr old sister (or one day my own kids) will get a kick out of it.

There's a bunch I bought in my collection solely for my girlfriend that I'll probably never see.

I have a ton of movies that I haven't watched, but when I buy them I have the intention of watching them.

But due to time restraints I may never get to watch them.

There are probably some ppl who buy movies cuz their completionists (e.g. buying Hannibal even though you hated the movie just to complete the Lector Trilogy (plus Manhunter).

I tend to buy five or six DVDs at a time and I try to have everything watched before I buy anymore. That keeps having unwatched ones pile up.
