Mits 65907 with IScan vs. Pioneer Elite Pro 710 HD

OK. Lets say I bought a Mitsubishi WS-65907 ($4,099) with an IScan Pro Line Scaler.($700), Total cost, $4,799. OR an Pioneer Elite PRO 710HD ($5,869) What about the Pioneer would make it worth the extra $ $1,070?
This assumes that I don't need to buy the IScan if I buy the Pioneer

Nothing I can think of, unless you just love the look of Pioneer's Urushi finish. I don't think it's worth a grand...
