Hey all...
I'm looking for a black component stand for my receiver, CD player, TiVo, and DVD player. Anyone know where to find one for under $100? I also would prefer it NOT to have a CD rack on it. I've looked in quite a few places and all I can find are over $200, more than a college student wants to spend right now. Thanks for the help. |

Here is a secret I learned in college every piece of furniture you need is at the lumber yard. Some 2x4s, plywood and a little stain and you have furniture. I built my loft, entertainment center, coffee table and even a couch. I still use the cofee table and I now have a real job, probably the only anatomically correct coffe table in existence
. take my advice and just build it |

http://www.soundcity.com has tons of different audio rack options with prices all over the map. You might find something there that you like.

I agree with Sn0.
Better than 2x4s, though, is 3/4" MDF and a few thick allthread rods. Oh, just look here: http://www.tnt-audio.com/clinica/flexye.html |
