Can anyone tell me if this Samsung TV is any good?

I was reading the best buy flyer this morning and this TV caught my eye like crazy.

I've been wanting to upgrade my 40inch Samsung LCD TV that i've had for 4 years and i was always on the lookout for a Samsung TV price drop and it come a little earlier than i expected(was more looking into buying one end of summer)

But i don't think i can pass up a 500$ off rebate!

I'Ve been searching for reviews of this thing and i can't find anything online!

Since the only HDTV i've ever owned was a Samsung and that i love it, i really want to stay in the same brand. The only thing i pretty much wanted was an upgrade in SIZE! from 40inch to 55inch will be a huge move for me! lol

Also i really don't care if it's not a 'Smart' TV as in i have a computer, a laptop, and a PS3 for all my youtube, netflix, streaming etc needs.
