Sony 36XBR400 TV...

I know lot of people here in this forum are looking forward to this TV and that includes me too. I went J & R during lunch and they are taking orders for $2150. I did not bargain with sales man but they are known to come down on price from 5-15%. When this will be available is not known but he said it could be out anytime, may be even tommorow.

Did anyone get any better price than this on this TV ?

I personally have not seen better than $2150 on the web (most price points around $2300-$2499...

Do realize that J&R might not be able to budge much from the $2150 quoted you. MSRP on the WEGA XBR400 is $2499, and I recall the wholesale price being around $2035, which means their margins are already slim and might not move. Good luck to you however.
