I just got interviewed regarding my "Man Cave"

My wife's best friend who we have over at the house all time has a friend who writes for one of the local papers. She is doing a story on "Man Cave"...LOL. My wife's best friend told her she had to talk to me since I basically have two. My theater room and my bar.

I did a phone interview with her for 45 minutes. I know she is interviewing several people. She was a lot of fun to talk to, but I think she sucked me and let me get a little to relaxed. When she asked me what my wife thought of the theater room I said "oh I have her convinced it was all her idea. So since she thinks that, she loves!".

She asked me about the room, how I came to build it, how I use it, etc. Then we talked about the bar. She wants me to send her photos, but may also send a photographer over. Or there may be no photos. But she is 95% sure the story will run.

OK...this will make you guys laugh, based on the direction this thread went. I sent pic's to the person that interviewed me and she said she didn't know if the article would use pics or not. Well yesterday I got a call from a photographer at the paper who wanted to come by and take some pics. I asked about the pics I provided and he said while they were good, they were not the correct resolution. I'm working out of town so gave him my wife's number.

Yup he went by today and took pics of theater, bar and wife...LOL

Congrats on the interview. I jut looked at your HT Build post, very nice. I have to say, that Spock poster is *amazing*. It looks like a high school art project. The fact that it was mass produced AND blacklight ... just ... wow.

So I did make the paper. But the picture they used was of my bar! IT was a good pic, but didn't expect that. I haven't seen it on line yet, but I'll try to post something or see how it looks if I scan it.
