I'm using a Psyclone HDMI switch. It won't work properly with my new TV and the PS3, so I just have the PS3 directly connected to my TV, which isn't a big deal. Works great now!
Try swapping your Psyclone for a cheap new one from Monoprice. wub Monoprice.

Oh yea...when I built my theater there were no inexpensive pj mounts or wall/ceiling speaker mounts. Everything was seriously expensive. So I built a low profile adjustable projector mount with plumbing pipe parts, Plexiglas and screws and bolts all from Home Depot (an idea I stole from another site). Then that gave me the idea to plumbing pipes for my CC mount. For some reason my speakers all came with wall mounts except the CC speaker. So I had to come up with something.

Nah, the Psyclone has TOSLINK inputs. I need that since my receiver doesn't have HDMI.

Wish I was as handy as you! I'd love to hang the center channel from the ceiling (I have a window behind my TV), but I lack the proper skills to hang an object that weighs almost thirty pounds! The speaker I have doesn't even have any holes to attach a mount to, but again, it's super heavy.

Hmmm, gotta find a way... the small Yamaha speaker I'm using now just isn't cutting it
